TERMS

• By submitting a purchase order to Jamil Trading Company, the purchaser has pledged to abide by the terms stated below and agreed to make full payment for the merchandise purchased.
• This is not an ecommerce site and therefore does not conduct online transactions. If you wish to place an order with us please print out our online order form and fax to Jamil Trading Company at Fx:- (734) 314 6265 or call us at Tl: (925) 600 7112.
• Payment in US Funds is expected no later than 10 business days after you place the order. Your items will be placed on hold until then. Your order will be packed with care and shipped within 3 days of receipt of payment. If payment is not received within 10 days the item will be returned to current inventory.
• Guarantee - If you are not satisfied, for any reason with the merchandise you've ordered from Jamil Trading Company, return it within ten (10) working days for a refund. Jewelry must be in original condition and packing.
• Customer is responsible for insurance and shipping fees. (We reserve the right not to sell to buyers in foreign countries)
• On credit card orders, buyer MUST contact Jamil Trading Company by email (support@jamiltrading.com) or Telephone (925) 600 7112.
• You may email (support@jamiltrading.com) Jamil Trading Company to pay by check or M.O. The order will not process until funds have been granted. Checks and money orders should be made payable to"Jamil Trading Company".
• If you are ordering from a country other than USA, you must contact Jamil Trading Company by email. No credit card transactions will be accepted. You may pay by M.O. or certified check or Bankers Draft; US funds only. We reserve the right to refuse overseas orders. Therefore, it is VERY important to contact us before ordering.
• Always email Jamil Trading Company if you have any questions. It is advised to email (support@jamiltrading.com) before placing an order to make sure we understand what your needs are.
